Beschreibung

This is a collection of my poems depicting different shades of life. That as a young child growing up while holding the fingers of his mother, a young adolescent losing his mother so early in his life, the phase of extreme bleakness and gloom when the world seemed to have come to an end, languishing in the depths of seemingly interminable despair and melancholy, the settling in of the realization and the descent of the path to recovery, a young adult getting a kaleidoscopic view of the world, the book is essentially a tale of triumph of life over anguish and despondency, the celebration of that intransigent resilience of the human nature that makes one sail through the most bellicose waters of emotional turmoil and shows the way to a life ahead, way to a continuance so fulfilling in which memories are to be cherished and visitations into the past no longer evoke a sense of tragedy; rather a blissful recollection of the past.

Autorenportrait

Kavir Kaushik is an 18 year old Indian who currently stays in New Delhi. Having taken up to writing rather early in his life, this collection is his portrayal of the various emotions of life as perceived by him; from a blissful childhood to the tragic loss of his mother, to the emergence as a young boy recollecting his memories while moving ahead.
